PRIVACY POLICY

I (Robin McLeod) and my company (What On Earth Photos) do not sell or communicate your email or postal address to anyone.  Except to send a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, I will not contact you unless there is an issue with your order or you have specifically requested information.

I do not send unsolicited email (spam) and I do not send unsolicited postal mail (admail).

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

Online orders are processed through a secure connection. If you order online, you will receive 2 email confirmation messages: the first message will confirm your order within minutes of ordering, and the second will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If you order by mail and include an email address, a message will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped.

Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.  If an item is out-of-stock I will notify you with an expected date of delivery, which will depend on the size of the order and your geographical location.

Orders will be shipped from Ailsa Craig, Ontario via Canada Post.  Shipping cost in Canadian dollars is calculated online by the shopping cart before you check out.

Quantities up to 40 cards are shipped in envelopes as letter-mail and may take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on destination.  Quantities more than 40 are shipped as parcels via surface delivery and may take 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada, and 4-6 weeks internationally. Thank you for your patience.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please return it within 30 days in its original packaging along with the bill of sale, and I will reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please return it within 30 days along with the bill of sale, and I will send you replacement merchandise at no charge as soon as possible.
